Which languages can be used to operate and support the ECO Plugs App?

During set-up, after clicking the “Use ECO Plugs” I don’t see my Wi-Fi router on the “Choose a Network” list?
A :
If after clicking “Use ECO Plugs” you don’t see your Wi-Fi router, tap the refresh button. If you still don’t see your router, tap the add button and enter your router name. If after completing ECO Plugs set-up, the app still does not display the switch, check that the Wi-Fi router is connected by ing that router on the phone or tablet Wi-Fi settings. Then try again to connect the ECO Plugs app. If still unsuccessful, try manually resetting the ECO Plugs Switch and being again.

After using it, the Status Indicator begins to blink and it is unable to connect with Wi-Fi router.
A :
Check if the router been turned off or reset. Has the router been moved to a different location? The router may not be in the best location to allow it to connect with your ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switch. Note, if the Wi-Fi router has been re-named, the password has been changed, or you are trying to connect with a different Wi-Fi router, the ECO Wi-Fi Switch needs to be reset to the default setting and you must reconnect it to the app.

A :
Use your 3G/4G connection; public Wi-Fi is affected by many factors and may offer a reliable or stable connection to your ECO Wi-Fi Switch.
Q :
What should I do if I can’t scroll through devices on the app?
A :
Make sure you are not touching any other devices or icons (such as the power icon) and drag along the yellow circle outside the ECO Plugs logo.

How do I re-name the ECO Plug Wi-Fi Switch?
A :
Scroll through the list of devices until the one you wish to edit is highlighted in yellow. Then tap the Setting icon in the app. 
Q :
I am away from my home and I don’t see my devices on the list of items to control?
A :
 When using the ECO Plugs App from mobile internet such as 3G, 4G, LTE,public Wi-Fi network, or other Wi-Fi router than home, the Cloud function must be enabled. When you return to your home Wi-Fi network you will have the option to add this feature.
Q :
What should I do if the “Astronomic Timer” is not accurate?
A :
Make sure you have entered the correct zip code, when setting up the ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switch and connecting to your router.
