A :
Make sure the ECO Wi-Fi Switch is plugged into an active power outlet and the power icon is on, and your smartphone has an active Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection.

What should I do if the ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switch does not appear on the smartphone Wi-Fi network list?
A :
Check to see that the ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switch is plugged into an active power supply and theproduct Wi-Fi status indicator light is blinking. If the ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switch still does not appear on the smartphone Wi-Fi network list, please follow the instructionsto reset the ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switch (below).

What should I do if the status of the ECO Plug Wi-Fi Switch doesn’t when I use app to control it?
A :
Make sure the signal of your Wi-Fi /3G/4G is stable. If you are using a Wi-Fi router to connect to the ECO Wi-Fi Switch, make sure Switch is within the Wi-Fi router’s range. If you are using both a primary and secondary router, use the primary router to connect to the ECO Wi-Fi, because the signal of the primary router is better than the signal of a secondary router.
Q :
If I am using more than one ECO plugs Wi-Fi Switch, what should I do if some of my of those switches do not show on the app?
A :
It is recommended you set up one ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switch at a time. Check to see that all ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switches are plugged into active power outlets, the app is properly installed, and you have an active Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection.

What should I do if the “ECO Plugs” app stops working or locks up?
A :
First try shutting the app down and restarting the app. If that doesn’t work the “ECO Plugs” app completely, re-download the app, and re-connect the Eco Plug Wi-Fi Switch following the instructions.
Q :
What should I do if my ECO Plugs Wi-Fi Switch name and programs are different from my original settings?
A :
This could happen if there is more than one app user (more than one smartphone connected to the same Wi-Fi Switch), make sure all others are using the same Wi-Fi switch name.
Q :
How can I add other Smartphones to control the same ECO Wi-Fi switch?
A :
Other Smartphones can be added by using the same Wi-Fi router's username and password as used with the first Smartphone initial connection.
