The App can’t find my router or it just keep searching. Is there any way to add my router manually?

If the App keeps searching and can’t get your home router, please tap the plus icon on the top left to enter home router’s info.
Please tap the plus icon after the ECO Serial number shown up (see the A in the second diagram below)
